Bit off of the usual this one.
When we moved into our George Wimpey "eco house" we were told, along with other residents, to not worry about our warranty documents for individual appliances such as the oven, dishwasher etc that came with the property.
Question 1: Is that correct?
The problem is, our oven, and AEG Competence model, gets very hot to the touch on the door. Too hot for us to allow our toddler and older child anywhere near for fear of burns.
Question 2 and 3: Is this normal?
If not, does it go to George Wimpey as another snag/fault, or do we need to try AEG direct?
