Shared ownership snagging

Hi

We moved into a new shared ownership at the end of December. We expected to have a year of snagging from then, but there claiming it ends in July.

I guess that's when sage got the property handed over.

Does the snagging period last from when we purchase or the shared ownership company took over?

If your contract of sale says you get 12 months ...then that's what you should get

Check activation date with warranty company

Make a claim under builders code of conduct arbitration service

Or small claims court ...I would think you have s strong case
