What a surprise. Work starts at 6-6.30 every morning on my site with workmen making no attempt to be quiet. Radios blasting, engines revving, shouting, swearing, road blocking, drive blocking, parking on residents drives, damaging residents property. Cowboys absolute cowboys and yet they get away with it on every site they work on.

Have you tried contacting your local council? Chances are they imposed time restrictions on the builders (normally 8.00am is the earliest they can make a noise) so if you report disturbance to them they can intervene.
