Well, where do I start???

Purchased a 'Madoc' 5 Bed 3 storey detached from DWH, paid res fee on 3rd June 07 and completed on 28th June 07 - How fast was that?? I thought 'Here's a company that looks after buyers' How wrong could I be.....

More like 'Here's a company that wants your ££ in the bank ASAP!'

Anyway, I have purchased the snagging.org checklist after literally banging my head against a brick wall for the last 6 months - Customer Service? What an absolute JOKE!

Took my Solicitor to get involved over a downstairs WC sink that came away from the wall to illicit any kind of response...

Leaking roof on your £300,000 house sir?? Why not ring the DWH 24hr helpline - explain that you have water coming through the ceiling in 2 bedrooms... Their response? Can you please call your insurers.....

I am so ******* off with them that I have now purchased a new domain - 'dont-buy-a-david-wilson-home-ever.co.uk' and I fully intend to make use of it, I may even open access for disgruntled buyers to post their pics...

I am seething....

I think the DWH brand is being wound down so they probably care even less than usual.

Anyway, just set up a youtube group and added your videos
