15 months now since the completion certificate was issued. The developer has since lost to an investor I have been assisting with an out of court settlement returning the deposit plus legal fees. The developer only bailed out just before court with the court date having been arranged. That has left me and a few other investors still tied in and the developer is reconsidering offering us a discounted price. After being threatened with legal action would you want to buy anything off them?

We believe his defeat has now set a precedent. We intend to group sue the developer for damages and release from the contract. Once this is over we intend to go to the media and expose him plus his architects and valuers all involved in the collusion.
