Linde, avoid

My brother and I put down two reservations on new Linden homes. We were told if we changed our minds, we would get our money back. This proved to be incorrect. Linden pressurised us into one quick purchase, using their mortgage advisors. We were railroaded and it cost us dear.
We would warn anyone against using Linden, most of the reviews I have seen for the company are negative. Be warned!!!!!:mad:

Problem is Scheme does not cover bad building work and pays a paltry £250 for inconvenience. NHBC only gives guidance and is not statutory and is controlled by the developers. Justice will only come if a New Build Ombudsman is created. Everyone with a bad experience should lobby their MP. Developers treat customers with contempt because there are no real sanctions.
