Hi all,

Apologies if this is the wrong area to ask but I have a question with respect to interpreting an old NHBC inspection report.

The report contain last the statement “10 R D NOT FOLLOWED, A WALLS” and “10 R D NOT FOLLOWED, B FLOORS” throughout the report.

Does anyone know what “R D” refers to in this context?

The report is from 2006/ 2007

Cheers!

some are lucky to have an nhbc inspection and report, Our taylor wimpey development built in 2011-2012 was never checked by the nhbc at any stage, not even on completion. We are still having a lot of problems in the properties. damp, mould falling/ lifting plasterboard every room every year. no one will do any thing. The local MP and council know how bad they are but do nothing. When challenged the local witney MP just walked away. its disgusting to expect people to live like this.

i have looked back through a lot of our clients reports and cannot find the same notation or a key

i suspect its a code to say that its for required design ...and doesnt meet the design standard
