How to Fix Sunken Concrete – What’s the Most Durable Method?

New Build Inspections
Hey everyone,

I have a few areas in my driveway and patio that have started to sink over time, and I’m looking for the best way to level them. I want something that will last and not just be a temporary fix.

I’ve come across different options like self-leveling compounds, mudjacking, and polyurethane foam injection. Has anyone had success with any of these? Which method is the most durable in the long run?

Also, how do I determine if my concrete is a good candidate for leveling, or if I’m better off replacing it altogether?

Any advice on costs, DIY feasibility, or potential pitfalls would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help
