I am in the process of buying a Persimmon new build. When I reserved I was told the house would be brick, not render. This was a key deciding factor, which they were fully aware of. I went to see the house yesterday and the front is breeze block awaiting render being put on. Surely if the plans say brick, they cannot change the materials?
