For a consultation that closed as long agao as 16 April 2018, it is galling that it has taken our government over NONE MONTHS to publish the responses.
Nevertheless it is clear that a statutory New Homes Ombudsman will be created to give new homebuyers someone to champion their corner when they have issues with their new home or housebuilder.
