What problems did you have while getting a mortgage on your new home?
There are often difficulties when applying for a mortgage on a private home. Especially if the object was built more than 20 years ago and is located outside the city. Land use has changed, there were a lot of self-buildings during perestroika, and not all owners had their paperwork done correctly. We don't want to waste time on people whose house documents are not in order or the object is not registered, or does not have the status of a dwelling. Because of this, we had to expand our search for where to get a mortgage loan to build a new home that met our requirements. We didn't have to wait long. We found a great site in a couple of days, immediately calculated the
cost to build on the spot, and proceeded to apply for a mortgage with the rest of the paperwork attached.
