Hi all, I bought my first new home last year, in July. This past weekend I finally got round to emptying the garage of boxes and other stuff - the main intention was to paint the floor and store the car. Anyway, I noticed plastic stuff sticking through the concrete - it's pretty stiff, you certainly would not want to stand on it bare footed. I went ahead and painted it thinking i'll take it up with Bloor Home today (Monday) Bloor have got back to me saying I've invalidated the warranty by painting it - can they do this? What If I paint a wall in house, does that invalidate warranty there too? Seems very unreasonable of them... what do you all think?
