Front Door Threshold Unsupported

Please can someone confirm from the attached image if the front door threshold should be supported underneath as should you step on it it flexes and conconered it could crack in the future?

A common problem this one

Yours appears supported by the brickwork at DPC....but i suspect it does not sit directly on and is missing some packers from underneath ....or they fell out

An easy enough fix for builder ...they may be again to insert packers when the plastic drain channel is removed
