Does anyone have any experience they can share of the deteriorating surface water flooding issues associated with the Berkeley Homes Development in Warfield, Bracknell particularly those properties near the River Cut. This is predominently a run off problem where the sustainable drainage system is being overwhelmed during sustained periods of heavy rainfall, although the waste water drainage system also has surcharge issues where surface water is entering the system and overflowing inspection chambers.
