Ease of getting builders to return to fix snags after the initial HBF survey window

    Hi I’ve heard of builders pandering to purchasers and getting snags/defects rectified very quickly before you fill out the first HBF customer satisfaction survey. But does that level of service drop after this period? I’d be keen to know your views https://forms.gle/zqRynaE5EDCGhrub6

    I’d like to see a HBF 2 year survey so home buyers get the most out of their builders liability period.
