Please, anyone thinking of buying a Taylor Wimpey new home should read this buyer's experiences and check out the photographs of the "standard" of their new home!

"Broken Promises, Shattered Dreams - it beggars belief that they try and get away with this."

Unlike many new home buyers, they even did three months of research on Taylor Wimpey but still went ahead despite what they found, thinking the same things wouldn't happen to them!
They even hired a professional snagging inspector to check their home but he wasn't allowed access until after they had paid for it.
Now we know why!

Future buyers, can only hope Pete Redfern, Taylor Wimpey CEO, will do something to improve the quality of the homes his firm build.

This saga is still going on a month later.
Taylor Wimpey didn't do anything at all in the house at their "The Chariots" Andover, Hants. site yesterday!

It has gone from "a day doing a bit of touching up" to 4 days work then 8, then 10 now 15 days! Even now, over a month after legal completion, the buyers don't have a firm date from Taylor Wimpey when they can move in to their new home!

The owners have done a video which is well worth a look if you are thinking of buying a Taylor Wimpey home.

They are a bit worried about a legal backlash from Taylor Wimpey. No one ever got into trouble telling the truth.
