Has anyone tried to have a house builder enforce the terms of the Deed of Conditions contained in the house purchase Deeds. I purchased my house with the knowledge that amongst other conditions there should be no parking on the road or footpaths which was a nightmare at my previous house. To my disgust I find that residents are flouting these Conditions. There are two builders on the development, I have contacted both with no luck. In fact one stated they didn't want the bad publicity. Why then have they made these Conditions a legal part of the sale of their properties.
