Crest Nicholson - before you buy...........

I purchased a new build London flat from Crest Nicholson a year ago and I'm just about to issue court proceedings against them. Customer care has been abysmal dealing with a catalogue of toe-curling disasters that range from from Cat 3 (sewer water) flooding of the entire flat to constantly banging gates. poor workmanship and many more.........the list is a long and compelling one.

Has anyone experienced major problems with this developer? I have a Twitter and Instagram account primed for next week but wanted to hear from anyone with similar issues before I unleash the hounds!
