we finally got round to doing a full snag of the house after moving everything in and unpacking boxes etc

One of the things we raised was a crack in the high part of one of the windows on the inside, which we could not have caused

The developer has said window snags have to be raised in the first 2m, and was wondering if this is legit (as they have made a lot of things up in the past)?

Nhbc states that issues with glass should be reported within 7 days

However.. You're right it's unlikely you cracked it.... Try to appeal to builders

But if you get no joy.. Then there's little to back you up I'm afraid
