    You have to register to a site with lots of personal info to view this story.

    It then leads you to nothing at all about Bellway.

    Those wanting to take legal action against a housebuilder should contact Geoff peters at www.wingrovelaw.co.uk.
    He can carry out a class action with others on your development.
    Don't let greedy house builders and their £6million a year CEOs get away with it!

    Beware the level of complexity of property relationships.

    Bellway may have minions doing their bidding.

    If you live on a service charge scheme the manaing agent whos should be looking after you may secretly be in bed with the developer.
