Hi everybody, I'm new here, I'm considering the idea of building a barn dominium, in the areas surrounding London Surrey Kent, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Buckinghamshire justifying the barndominium building with the opening of a little recording studio, would this work as a reason? I'm completely inexpert, my question is what kind of plot should I look for ? A building plot or also agricultural plot, what are the best postcodes around London not excessively remote that would allow me to build this Barndominium? What kind of bureaucratic challenge does this type of unpopular building face in the UK? I'm happy to hear suggestions on all I've been mentioning.
