Barratts up to their old tricks

It is funny that the day before Barratt Homes announce massive loses that suddenly they think it is OK to break the law. You would have thought that a PLC would have a simple operating principle stating that they will always obey the law.

Barratt doesn't really care about rules or the law and routinely lies on marketing material.

I just got compensation awarded by the Consumer Code for Homebuilders because they lied about the level of service charge.

I have uploaded the full adjudication but can't post a link because of the 5-post rule - so I will write it long-hand: "www" dot "honeybadgerblog" dot "co" dot "uk"

They may have done regarding your management charges, but to say what you have above without being able to back it up with proof is asking for trouble!
