Hope this is okay to post.
I recently bought a new-build home and found there wasn’t really a simple way to keep everything together. My wife and I were taking photos, making notes, emailing the site manager and trying to remember what had been fixed and what hadn’t. It became a bit of a mess.
There are already a few great snagging apps out there, but when I was looking around I couldn’t quite find one that had everything I was after, so I ended up building an iOS app called SnagNote.
You can do most things on the free version, including logging snags with photos, generating PDF reports and keeping track of what’s been fixed. There are a few extra features available with Premium, including inviting someone else to help snag the property, but there’s a one-month free trial if anyone wants to try everything out.
If anyone would be willing to give it a try, I’d genuinely love some honest feedback, whether that’s things you like, things you don’t, or features you think are missing. My hope is that it can make the snagging process a little easier for the next person buying a new-build home.
