Hi all, We moved into our house June 2016 and recently I have noticed a few holes in the sealant around the bath. Although they are quite small they still need sorting, would my builder be liable for this and should they be the ones re-sealing it? Thanks Nathan

Thanks for the reply. They are coming to have a look on Tuesday for me. If they agree that the floor needs fixing (which I'm sure they will) are they responsible for re-laying my carpets once work has been completed as I didn't get them from the developer. Thank you
