Thankyou both for your replies, the builder actually offers the block paving of the drive as an optional extra when purchasing so I think it should be fine with them but I better check. No one has moved in to the property next door but it has already sold so I can't ask them

does anyone know the rules on new build boundaries? I'm wanting to get my drive block paved, on my deeds a strip of the turf next to my drive is part of my boundary, would I be correct in thinking I can extend my drive slightly closer to the end of my boundary?
