Thanks for your response. It seems that Mandale avoid dealing with issues when it hits their pockets. No problem when they can deflect it to one of their sub contractors. Not a pleasant company - Buyer Beware !!!
ALL HOUSEBUILDERS try to avoid dealing with issues, especially when it wil be expensive for them
All housebuilders also get their sub contractors to rectify at their cost which is right as the subcontractors did the bodges in the first place, the housebuilders just let them and did nothing about it!
You should be saying AVOID NEW HOMES!
