Default Gardens

Anyone looking at this part of the forum will know that people at Linburn Grange have been complaining about the soil, me included.
What I've never mentioned in this part is that I have been stuck with a garden with 50-150mm of soil (potters clay, really) on top of hard packed hardcore, and I can't get any action even 4 months down the line. I'm a keen gardener, but this is impossible. It starts to look as though as long as weeds will grow, NHBC might class it as OK for a garden. So much for organic veg, etc.
These people (Stewart Milne) are simply hopeless, yet it looks as though some people are still buying. Incredible. My excuse is that there very few posts when I reserved last year (April2007), now the numbers are rising. Take note!
