New house will ruin any privacy help please

I bought a house on a new bellway estate, behind us theyre building the next phase of the development and at the bottom of our garden, beyond the fence will be a drive for a garage and then the side of a 4 bedroom detached house. Ive now realised that they are putting a window in the side overlooking my property for the landing. As my house i a town house and at a storey higher in ground level, it means that the window looks straight into our living room, kitchen, downstairs living room and garden with a view to the bedroom, as all our rooms are at the back of the house. Its so close (around 18m) that youll easilly be able to see staight into our home. I contacted bellway and they wont do anything, not even install privacy glass. They keep using the excuse that its already got planning and they have a certain cost per house to achieve.

Its really going to ruin our house having a window so close looking into all our rooms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
