 |  roof disputes Has anyone ever had a dispute with the builder regarding problems with there roof to have the builder after numerous attempts to repair it only to have the work rejected by the NHBC, then for the builder to walk away, and the NHBC to to take over the responsibility for repairs they also have failed on numerous occasions to rectify the problem. |
