Housing Market Crisis

With many builders stopping construction at the moment and cutting back on staff at offices, I was wondering if other people are feeling the effect when it comes to getting problems solved?

Obviously the builders are bad at the best of times, but personally I have found things worse at the moment as staff seem to be leaving and when you call to chase up an issue, the person dealing with it is no longer with the company and nobody else knows what's going on!
