Pinetree developments, Manchester

I bought a flat from Pinetree Developments, Manchester

They are very poor construction.

1 yr after completion we still have major problems.

Construction work dosent seem to have got over yet & overall very depressing.

The pipes outside my flat leak.

Be extremely cautious of Pinetree developments, Flat`s being built in manchester.

Everything is written in legal parlance & you wouldnt be able to touch them later...as i have found out.
