Post Purchase Documentation

Hi,

I recently bought my second new house from George Wimpey. The first time, which was approx. 3 years ago, on completion, I was presented with a neat A4 folder which contained all the documentation about my new home - material schedules, kitchen spec, floor plans, layouts, applicane manuals, SAP certificate etc.

On this occasion, i have paid significantly more money and all i have received (and that was after a lot of chasing) was a scruffy brown envelope with the appliance manuals and the window keys (which weren;t for my windows!).

Does anyone know, legally, what is the builder obliged to provide? They are saying they don't provide the full packs any more.

Any help would be gratefully received.
