You may be contractually obliged to use the warranty providers resolution service - it is worth checking. the alternative is to get all the snags dealt with yourself (hopefully less than £5000) and claim the money back through the small claims court. https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
You would need to get the tradesperson doing to work to provide a report, take photos etc to provie that the quality was not satisfactory.
