Poor water pressure at Persimmon home

I have moved into a Persimmon 4 bed detached house with a mains pressure water system. I have pages of snags but the main problem is that flushing a toilet would scald the person in the shower! I have two ensuites, a family bathroom etc but only 2bar dynamic pressure coming into the building. This is just not enough. My two young children cannot use the shower for obvious reasons.
Persimmons response is to ignore the problem, so I have registered a new website, please visit!

Thanks for that. Yes Persimmon were on WATCHDOG and there is a link to the story at the bottom of my website. I have also updated my site today so that it includes my snagging list, including TWO cracked lintels! Thanks again, Steve.
