Bought a flat to live with family (wife & 2 small children). Following delay in completion whereby we had to extend contract with rental, was advised flat is ready and habitable by pinetree solicitors. Forced to take the flat though in my view flat was not habitable.
Solicitors for pinetree & sales department threatened with severe financial penalties if completion not done.Reluctantly completion then done on 26th february2007.
Flat on 3rd floor but Lift not working & lot of work going on in building. Very dusty. Cant open windows.Car park not ready. Letter boxes not ready. Appears very unsafe to live with children at the moment.
