I'm not sure whether anyone has any ideas on what I could do next as I think I have exhausted all my options. I moved into a new (what now appears to be a contradiction in term) Bryant Home in January (6months delay!) and within the first week the loft hatch fell out of the ceiling which is in my 2yr old son's bedroom (thank heaven he wasn't in it at the time), the banister was loose and nearly fell off as my son was walking down the stairs, the front door would not work (even for the sales team or site manager) the paintwork was shoddy and the site manager admitted that it had been rushed so that we could get moved in January - to top it all we were lied to by the sales rep on basically everything (that is just the bare facts but I don't want to bore you with the rest). The Customer Services Director came to see me and basically he talked the talk but didn't walk the walk, he even had the nerve to say that I was on a learning curve in how to open a front door and now 10 months in we have mice in the cavity walls (we have caught at least 4 in the past 2 weeks) because they failed to close the inner and outer wall correctly under the bath and also left so much rubbish under the bath that it has taken 2 bin bags to clear it. I have contacted the Customer Services team but they never return calls or emails - I am really at the end of my tether so any ideas would be greatly received - (Sorry for the long moan).
