Roof tile colour variation?

I carried out an exterior inspection of the roof of our new property yesterday (completion expected in 2 weeks), and noticed two 'groups' of about 8 tiles that are significantly darker in shade than the rest of the roof! Is it unreasonable to expect these to be changed to match the rest of the roof as I expect it would require a fair amount of work to rectify?

Put it down on your snagging list and submit it to the developer. If it is obvious to you then it will be obvious to prospective buyers in the future when you come to sell! It sounds genuine, but it is hard to say without actually seeing the roof. Don't let them fob you off with excuses such as 'it will weather with time' and use questions such as 'How would you feel about it if it were your house?' and 'Would you put it on your snag list, if it were your property?'

Are these full tiles ? because if they are purpose made half tiles, it is very likely they will be a differant colour, due to the fact that they are possibly manufactered from a differant place to where the main tiles come from, why not just ask the question to your developer first ?
