    Default Pernickity?

I have recently purchased a new build home in Dundee. Am I being picky but is it acceptable to have cement rendering dust all over the inside of your windows, plaster stuck to the seals of the windows. Hinges wedged so that internal doors will close properly. Generally really untidy finishing when the guys couldn't be bothered cleaning after themselves. (By the way I could have included missing sockets, wires not screwed into socket switches, broken garage doors etc)

    Any comments would be appreciated....

Absolutely not, these are all snagging items. So many people feel like they are being picky, do not like to complain - either because it is not in their nature or because they have received incentives. The builders know this and get away with murder...
