NHBC - do they have any power? After buying a Bryant Homes property a year ago we are still struggling to get snagging work sorted out.
We asked the NHBC for help and they gave the builders a deadline, but this was totally ignored.
This begs the question - does the NHBC have any influence over developers?

You should go back to the NHBC and get them to put the defects right.
