I opted for the standard kitchen when buying my new home. However, i checked the other day and the dimensions are different than what i imagine the standard to be ie. 60x60x60.
The actual dimensions are 56x53x63 (WxDxH). Someone told me there could be issues as regards overheating.
Is there an actual standard for this sort of thing? I want to be ready for them as the snag is next week - and I would sooner have them take the damn thing out and take the 'p.c. sum' instead.
The standard cabinet size is 60x60x60 and most ovens are designed to fit this size of hole, some may be slightly narrower. Have a look at the site below to see if you can find one that fits your space - you would also need to check ventilation requirements

Good luck with your snagging
