Hi,
1. Send a dated list of your defects to the developer, head office, in writing.
2. Tell them you have done this several times and have had no response.
3. Ask them what their formal complaint procedure is, as you would like to complain about the service you have received.
4. Tell them you expect a response within two weeks, otherwise you will take you complaint to the NHBC.
5. Ask for specific dates by which the remedial work will be done.
6. Keep a copy of any correspondence, sent and received.
7. Take photos of your defects for your records, they can be posted on this site.
8. If you receive verbal promises, ask for them in writing or at least put them in a letter yourself. e.g. I understand, after speaking to x on x, that you will...
