Car parking regulation advice

Please can anyone help?

After 3 and a half years Gladedale have finally provided us with the allocated car parking space that came with our apartment. The white lining has been carried out today and according to our deeds there should be 7 spaces allocated to residents and 2 visitor spaces.

We have only been given the residents spaces and they have put no visitor spaces. We thought that visitor parking had to be provided, does anybody know if they have broke regulations by not providing this?

I think the best thing to do is check with the planning department, which you could probably do online.
