Cala Home - Kinnard Gardens, Larbert

Hi Folks,
I'm thinking of buying a Cala house at their Kinnard Gardens site in Larbert.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this site and/or Cala houses in general?
Is there anything I should be watching out for?

Hi, did you buy a house at Cala Larbert?

We did and have had quite a few snagging problems with them, particularly were the installation was originally done by Rok plumbing, who went into administration last year. Since then Cala have refuted every item of snagging, which has meant us having to do our own investigations and prove their fault. I know some of our neighbours have ended up forking out, possibly because they didn't know their rights.

Cala's handover information is also poor with nothing beneficial unless you plan on reinstalling your boiler!

We're particularly disappointed as they pride themselves on their 5 star service but it's been far from that for us and our neighbours.
