failed sewer drains

I posted a while back about the problem we are having with kier homes, our sewers failed underneath our house. We are in the process of having this fixed after many problems with kier, we have been decanted from our home, have been out for 3 weeks already. I am looking for advice from anyone who has been in a situation like this please. We have a solicitor but kier even can run rings round them! I saw a post on this site from someone with the same problem with a stewart milne home their drains were being redirected around the house, this is the very thing they are doing with our house. Any help wpuld be appreciated please.
