Charles Church - Negative Equity

Have just received a photo about a Charles Church development in Central Scotland.

The photo shows a silver car with a large sign on top of it saying:

“PLOT 50 ON THIS SITE £25,000 NEGATIVE EQUITY”

I believe the person parked the car and sign right outside the Charles Church sales office and that the sales person was quite irate, not surprisingly.

I will try and post the photo, if possible.

I doubt they are alone especially as the builders have major cashflow problems - they will be discounting heavily. If you have problems posting the photo mail me - there is a gallery attached to your user profile. Just tested it - have a look at http://forum.snagging.org/album.php
