There is a big rat problem on this development, looks like when the former brewery was demolished Persimmon did not bother to go deep enough to get rid of the old pipe works in the ground where the rats lived, instead they choose the cheapest option and now there are rats on this estate who come out in the day, no joke! If that was not bad enough, been waiting for Persimmon to get the electric gates to residents secure car park completed for almost 1 YEAR, defiantly give this development a miss.
