Default Another delay from Persimmon
I reserved my plot back in May 2007 and have not yet completed! I had a phone call today to advise it has now been put back again to the end of march.

Does anyone have any advise on how to tackle persimmon for compensation and also if there is anyway of getting out of the contract?
