I find it interesting that the Nabarro document is titled 'Customer Satisfaction'.
In the NHBC Customer Satisfaction survey the No 1 Housebuilder (Berkley Homes) achieved a 70% satisfaction rate.
Put another way 30% of the customers of the highest achieving builder were dissatisfied with the product that they bought.
Nabarro give 13 examples of spurious claims which is somewhere around 0.02% of the annual total of all new property transactions in the UK.
