Can you be more specific regarding why you are considering legal action and where in the UK you are based i.e. England or Scotland.

Hi Steve, it's England-based (Suffolk) and the sales team "sold" my 83-year old mother the idea that a bus service would run through the development - but the road has yet to be adopted - this is 4 years later!!
