part exchange Hi i am new to this and I need some advice. We have just been offered part exchange on a persimmon home and are in 2 minds as to accept or not. I really want to move from where I am, and feel like I have been offered an ok price on my, though persimmon not budging on price on their part. Its going to be tight squeeze for a while but I am scared we are going to have problems with the new build, and its not ready till March 2011. I dont know what to do please help.
